With the improvement of the quality of the household appliances in recent years, some high-performance silica gel, anaerobic adhesive, polyurethane and other products have been applied to the household appliance products.

The application range of the adhesive in the home appliance production is very wide, mainly in:

 

In the production of washing machine, polyurethane or hot melt adhesive is needed to seal all kinds of plastic parts and metal parts.

Taking polycarbonate as an example, although they all belong to PC, the adhesive with different surface properties is also different. How to bond different materials reliably will also be a direction to be considered in the future. Therefore, it is necessary to select the appropriate adhesive products according to the specific working conditions. Compared with hot melt adhesive and solvent adhesive, reactive adhesive can meet the more complex assembly requirements.

 

The reaction-type adhesive is the process of chemical reaction in the curing process of the adhesive, such as the most common transient is a moisture-absorbing and curing reaction-type adhesive, and its curing speed can be adjusted by changing its own reactants to meet the requirements of different operating conditions.
